Overview:
Store managers were buried in a flood of different reports This project involved the development of a web application to deliver operational performance data to store management personnel. This information is needed by the operation personnel to improve store productivity and create a more pleasant store experience for the shopper.

Solution:
This was a J2EE web based solution with backend database on Teradata.

Business Results:
The objective of the application was achieved by replacing large printed reports with the same metric data, via the web browser. This resulted in large savings on both creation and distribution of the paper reports. The data was also made available to the users sooner, and in an easier to understand, drill down based user interface providing an increase in productivity at the store level.
